Zhu Hexin resigned as chairman of Citic Bank Citic Co., Ltd.

[Zhu Hexin resigned from the post of chairman of Citic Bank Citic Co., Ltd. remains unchanged] on the evening of 17 April, Citic Bank announced the change of chairman and president to the public. Among them, Zhu Hexin, the former chairman, resigned because of the "need for work arrangement". A reporter from the Financial Associated Press noted that Zhu Hexin's job change currently involves only Citic Bank, and Citic shares, another listed company he works for, did not announce the relevant information about his resignation as chairman. It is reported that the personnel change of CITIC Bank may be related to the issues to be rectified in the rights issue of the company. On March 28 this year, Citic Bank disclosed the Shanghai Stock Exchange's examination and inquiry letter on the rights issue, the first of which was the position of former president Fang Heying as deputy general manager of Citic Group, thus giving rise to the problem of "issuer executives working part-time in the controlling shareholder". After this adjustment, Fang Heying, the former president, became chairman of Citic Bank, no longer president, and is no longer an executive of the bank. The above part-time problem will be resolved.
