[South Korea: giving priority to supporting new generation semiconductor design technologies such as AI and 6G to ensure "super gap" in storage and contract manufacturing] the South Korean Ministry of Science, Technology, Information and Communications (Ministry of Science and Technology) released a future technology roadmap for semiconductors on the 9th, putting forward the goal of ensuring a super gap in semiconductor memory and wafer foundry in the next 10 years, and opening up a new gap in the system semiconductor field. And initiate the consultation mechanism of future technical civil officials of semiconductors. This roadmap involves 45 core technologies for the development of new memory and next-generation components, artificial intelligence, sixth-generation mobile communication technology (6G), power, vehicle semiconductor design core technologies, as well as ultra-miniaturization and cutting-edge packaging process core technologies, and strive to master the relevant technologies within 10 years.
