FAP, May 8 / PRNewswire-Asianet /-- the Hong Kong Stock Exchange of Agile Group announced that the company and its subsidiaries, together with group joint ventures and associates, as well as real estate projects managed by the group and sold under the Agile brand, had a total pre-sale amount of 3.68 billion yuan in April 2023, while the corresponding construction area was 247000 square meters; the average price was 14872 yuan per square meter. For the four months ended April 30, 2023, the total pre-sale amount of the Group, together with its joint ventures and associates and Agile projects, was $20.48 billion and the corresponding construction area was 1.365 million square metres, with an average price of $15010 per square metre.
