Wang Guanghua, minister of natural resources, pointed out that it is necessary to find ways to create a good policy environment and increase the supply of policies to encourage mining investment and prosper the mining market. It is necessary to strengthen the basic guarantee and scientific and technological support for mineral exploration and development, take major scientific and technological projects as the guide, promote theoretical innovation in ore prospecting, break through neck technology, and promote the integration of industry, learning and research.
